Cattle Call Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Green Country Vodka

  • 2 oz cold brew

  • ¾ oz pure maple syrup

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

  1. Combine vodka, cold brew, maple syrup, and sea salt in a mixing glass (without ice). 

  2. Insert a handheld milk frother and froth for 15–20 seconds until a thick crema layer forms. 

  3. Add a handful of ice, stir briefly to chill, and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
